Husband’s Pending Green Card Application

If he hasn’t done so already, your husband needs to speak to an immigration attorney IMMEDIATELY to see if you can be included in his pending green card application. If you can be added, then you should be able to join him in a reasonable amount of time (under a year). If you don’t do anything know, it will take at least 5 years for you to join him.

If he’d like to discuss his case with me, he can contact my office to schedule a telephone consultation.
