Hi,
I have a B1/B2 visa and i'm in USA with my son who is naturalised americain.How long can i wait for greencard.

Green Card through US Citizen Son

Your son has to be 21 to sponsor you for a green card.

If you are currently in the US, expect to wait on average 6 to 9 months before having your I-485 interview. The exact wait depends on your location and the USCIS office handling your case.
