Hi,
One of my relative is born in USA when his father was in faction at the ambassy.Can him applie for a greencard and how can this be possible.Thank u

US immigration law divides foreign diplomats into 2 categories: 1) foreign diplomatic officers and 2) other employees of foreign diplomatic missions. As the children of foreign diplomatic officers are not subject to US law, they do not automatically acquire US citizenship and can apply for a green card. On the other hand, the children of other employees are US citizens.
