I would like to know this case . My husband wants to send an invitaion to my cousin to come over usa for attending my wedding there .
What have happened to my husband if my cousin does not want to come back his country when the day of visa is expired ?

If your husband signs an Affidavit of Support (Form I-134) he could be liable to repay the government if your cousin were to receive certain public benefits. The extent of that liability is set out in the form itself.
