Mystery Diagnosis -- Is this related to stopping progesterone?

Hi ladies! I stopped P4 support over the weekend after a BFN on a natural, break cycle. Since then, I have been exhausted, I have a huge terrible bruise and I don't remember hurting myself, along with some other mystery bruises, I have bad headaches, and sorry TMI, I have hemmoroids. Fun times. In your experience, is any of this related to stopping P4, or should I ask the doctor to look into something else? Thanks.

BTW, Day 2 FSH came back 14.5, the highest in a while, so I'm trying to jam some estinyl in me before tomorrow's BW/US, see if I can lower it a tad. AFC only 5 (sigh), but that's not my worst ever, so I'll take it. If I get the go-ahead, I start another low-stim IVF with Cooper on Friday.

About me:
- 35 years old
- DS 8/04 nat 12 months TTC; TTC #2 since 8/05, high FSH diagnosed 1/07
- DH significant anti-sperm antibodies, poor morphology
- IVF cycles #1 and #2 cancelled high FSH that month (15, 19)
- IVF cycle #3: EPP and antagonist; 4 eggs, ICSI, 1 fert but embryo fizzled out before transfer February 2008
- IVF cycle #4: EPP and microflare Lupron; cancelled due to poor response March 2008; dumped by RE
- IVF cycle #5: New RE Dr. C; low stim, ovulated early, convert to IUI June 2008; BFN
- IVF try #6: Low stim July 2008
