Response to what do u ladies look for in a TCM center ? Any advise

I wasn't sure what to look for in an acupuncturist. I found mine by searching the internet and wasn't really sure what to expect but I have been really pleased with her. She treats me holistically with diet, exercise, supplements, herbs and of course acupuncture.

Diet - I have a list of foods that I can eat during my cycle. The lists changes depending where I am at in my cycle. I also have a list of spices that I can use and when in my cycle I can use them. I thought that I ate healthy before I met her but she really has taught me a lot about organic foods that I had never heard of. I feel so much better following her diet recommendations.

Herbs - I take several different herbs that she changes throughout the month depending what my Fertility Friend chart looks like.

Supplements - She has suggested several different supplements and a Prenatal vitamin (Rainbow Light).

Exercise - She gave me a list of exercises that are best for me while ttc.

She is also very knowledgeable about IF treatments and the various meds.

She also offered to hook me up with other patients of hers, that conceived under her treatment, that had similar Fertility Friend charts and a similar diagnosis to answer any questions that I had.

Good luck!!!
