of course Fsh will be high if you are suppressed

I was oversuppressed with estinyl all over most of my last year. My FSH was getting higher as I inreased the dose reachining 56 which I had never had all through my journey.
This year I had a single reading of FSH of 23 and I did. Not take estinyl.
Idid minotoring on my own : BW and BBT and I did ovulate though late .So iam convinced like other ladies on the board that may have once in a while high fsh and just have a break that month and it will self regulate.
Recently I had follow up with Dr Check and I raised this point with hinm and he agreed that I can do without estinyl and I am not like somebody who does have period for months with high fsh

So,it is better to be off a month rather than sev months
Think of it this way that it could be the opposite way.as your ovaries are suppressed,your fsh is getting higher to compensate
