I know that for myself - all I ever wanted/hoped for is a heads up in a subject line/header alerting me about children, or m/c or DE or whatever so that if I (or other ladies who felt like me) were having a down day on the day someone posted, I could choose to skip the post because I may not want to read about someone's BFP, or m/c or DE.
