study format so I could never ever say with absolute certainty that CoQ10/Ubiquinol was the culprit.

What I can say is that despite the fact that I had been taking CoQ10/Ubiquinol, my egg quality had not improved based on the subsequent IVFs I had and what had changed was my AFC. My AFC used to be higher at 7-10. After months of consistently taking CoQ10/Ubiquinol my egg quality did not improve and my AFC kept going down, and eventually it became 0-2. sad.gif

I can't make an absolute direct correlation between my AFC and CoQ10/Ubiquinol. But it was a consistent supp that I was on because I was hoping it was the answer. Again, I stress, this was not a controlled study by any stretch of the imagination. Just my personal experience. Since I wasn't seeing any improvement like the other ladies have - I ditched it. It was expensive so no love loss there!

There had been a post a while back on the PG board about CoQ10 and I posted my experience and I recall that someone then chimed in saying something along the lines of "I think I'm experiencing the same thing".

I'm not saying stop the supp. I am just expressing my own personal experience and thoughts.
