ovulated or not

hello,

I am new to this board...been lurking so far.

I am with Cooper with a highest fsh of 38 trying naturally. Today is CD 18 and with only estinyl following are the levels:

E2-347
P4-16
PH-99
FSH-22

Us tech saw a 20 and a 11 sized follicles.

I took a progesterone vaginal supp last night thinking that I would have ovulated already. Nurse also insists that I ovulated already and the 20 size follie could be corpus leutum. Is she right? Should I continue p4 supps? Please help
