Hi there - I'm reading this thread completely exhausted after a long day, but if one of the questions is if you can pay Cooper/Check without any insurance involvement, the answer is yes. I did this for my recent IVF. I had been getting b/w monitoring covered because it was not IVF coded and didn't want to jeopardize this coverage so specifically went into the billing office at Cooper before my IVF and told the women there that I didn't want any part of my IVF run through insurance, to which they agreed. Hope this is helpful and also Repro Labs does not actually accept insurance (at least for u/s) so they may be a good bet too. I monitor in Manhattan on east 30th and like the women there very much. Also, the post-coital test is the only test I have ever passed in this whole IF journey/battle, so it's one of my favorites
