I can't say I fully regret the path I took because it eventually led to my BFP and I have to believe this was all the way it was meant to happen.
BUT, I do think that if given the option to do things differently, I would NOT have jumped to ART from the get go.

I had far worse stats than you, and on my sticky BFP cycle, I was looking at nearly zero AFC, an FSH of 12.1 and an AMH of 0.3.
Dr. Check (Cooper) gave me an 18% chance to get BFP on my natural cycle. Dr. Davis (Cornell) gave me a less than 10% to have success with IVF. In my situation, it was obvious that IVF wasn't going to get me my BFP any sooner.
