This is only my second cycle being monitored, and the first month we did get a day 3 count. Right now I;m just taking P4 after ovulation, but there's been some talk of adding something else to prevent ovualting too early. We have not talked about using stims to get more follicles.

Interestingly, my FSH - which has been as high as 17 - was down to 10 this month.
