Thoughts on red raspberry tea during 2ww?

Does anyone have any thoughts on drinking red raspberry tea during 2ww? The internet has all kinds of conflicting info. My acu told me last year no problem to drink it but I wonder based on the info I've read online. I have drank it through every 2ww and the end of each 2ww is a BFN, just wonder if there could be any correlaton (?)- although I never drink a ton of it- just a cup per day or one cup every other day.
