I had my last cycle with CCRM and I'll just say I do not recommend them for DOR folks. Try searching this forum for CCRM and you'll see more about this and others' experiences. Also IMHO, if you're willing and able to get on a plane and fly to Denver, you might as well just fly a little further to NYC as I don't think the flight price should really be any different and it's just an ever-so-slightly bigger pain in the arse to take the longer flight for better care
