Since you are looking for other than IVF...

Check could be good.

Cornell's Dr. Davis has a great rep on this site, so does Check. Check tries a lot before IVF.

Also, just a note:
When you have a question try using the "Search" option on the side of the page at the bottom of the "Welcome' page and above the chat. Use the "date" button to see the most recent chats!
It might not answer all your questions but will give you more info to add to your post. Personally, when I started, at least 75% of the time I found answers there!

You are still welcome to post but this might help, too.
