So sorry that i just saw your post. usually, they will do an u/S before ET and also may retrieve earlier than 33 hours. They always do for me. E2 that high is great for the number of follicles you have. I once had 15 eggs with just an e2 of 915 and it dropped to 715 after trigger and still went on to have my DD.
