They can test the embryos on day 3 and have results back for a day 5 transfer. Avoids pregnancy and devastating miscarriage of abnormal embryos, a m/c or d&c can really set you back for TTC again. Since you have had failed pregnancies suspected to be from abnormal embryos I would only transfer normal ones.
