It is "fudging" exhausting. And planning around the OOT stuff when this happens is a real... "witch."

Honestly, it took me about a week to recalibrate to not feeling completely hopeless after this happened earlier this month. Be patient with yourself. If you can muster it, take a walk, listen to some music, have a glass of wine when you get home- anything to take care of yourself. As Dr. D said to me- we're all allowed a wacky cycle! Maybe this won't even be a whole wacky cycle for you. I can tell you I did ovulate on day 14 like normal this month, so it wasn't completely wacked out despite the higher FSH. I guess my point is, the cycle might still be okay! I'll be sending you good "lower FSH" vibes this week!
