When I was there for my transfer, there was a woman infront of me in line that was checking in for her appointment. They told her she wasn't scheduled until later in the day. She went on to say "Then why did you tell me to be here now?" The receptionist's response, "this appointment is for your partner". The girl got really angry and said "I don't have a partner! that's why I am doing ivf, my other half better be back in your lab". Then they told her to come back later in the day. She was not happy.
