There is so much information on there. One person was able to get the down and dirty, inside, docs from BCBS. Just search deeply and you'll find some info on there. I just can't recall the Uni plans ever being discussed. But give it a try and you may find something.
Harvard Pilgrim seems to have the least stringent rules than all the other big ones. But I don't know anything about Uni.
