I was alway have a 28 days cycle, them after my TR I decided to try Vitex to give me a boost .I took it for 1 1/2 months, I did not see my period on m'y expected date. Instead I was spotting for 13 days . My temp was like a roller coaster, I had all the pregnancy symptoms, especially sore nipples. Then I took a hpt it was negative , then a blood test BFN my doctor had to put me in PROVERA to get my bleeding on track.I won't never mess with that Vitex again.
