Thank you! Co-culture is where they take a scraping of your endometrial tissue and then use it as the culture medium for your embryos during your cycle. Only a couple/few centers do it (the only ones I know of are C.ornell and C.CRM but there may be others I don't know about).
As for B.WH- I hate to bash a clinic that someone else is using so I won't. I will say that IMHO, you will have a much better chance of having a successful cycle at a clinic and with a MD that specializes in DOR/high FSH, and B.WH (again, IMHO) does not. At a bare minimum, I feel that a clinic needs to be checking FSH at the beginning of a cycle and checking LH during the cycle to look for a premature surge. This is just my opinion since you asked.
