Response to estrogen patch |
| The insurance denied my application. All the results I submit recently meet their requirements. FSH on Day 3 is 10, and it is 12.9 on day 10 after CCCT. They made decision based on the test I did back on 10/23/10.My FSH level was 23.6 on Day 3 at that time.( It is about 1.5 years ago, and the doctor did submitted some blood tests for IUI, and my IUI was approved). The insurance think my infertility is due to diminished ovarian reserve, but my low reserve is not premature. I am turning 40 this year. My plan is BCBS ppo.
I copy the sentence from the letter below:
The insurance also sent a letter regarding this decision to my doctor along with information regarding his right to seek reconsideration.
Mrs. McIrish,do you know what does it mean? Means my doctor need submit extra documents? I can not contact the doctor now since it is on weekend. It seems I have to pay out of pocket, Poor me!
