I think it depends on where you really are in this journey.

Do you feel like you could continue with a couple of more treatments if Dr. B comes back with "yes - you have immune issues... this is what I would suggest..."??

If you are completely and overly done that you are positive that meeting with Dr. B wouldn't change your decision - then I'd skip it.

I am the kind of person who deals with "what ifs" - especially when it comes to decisions (but oddly enough - not so much in hindsight). Something as big as this - I'd have to scratch off all of the "what ifs" before moving on. But I also know that there are limits and I also know that science being what it is - you will always find more "what ifs."

If it was 2013, would you be able to reflect back on this experience - "no regrets" ??

I think it's so much different when you've had success in the past...
