but I am really interested in the responses. I will be starting a low stim ivf with my next cycle too. When I'm not cycling with Coo.per I see a Napro Dr. locally. She has me on Letrozole to improve ovulation and HCG injection for LPD I don't take it as trigger, instead I take it 3,5,7 and 9 days post peak to improve progesterone and estrogen level in the luteal phase.
When I called the Coo.per nurse's line to get things rolling for next cycle the nurse said I should not take anything the cycle before. I'm not sure why. The last time I did a low-stim with them, they were expecting me to jump into another stim cycle the very next month. I don't see what the difference is.
I feel that it was just the nurse's opinion and not really based on anything. She was like "no,no,no we don't do that here" Talking over me. I hate that. I have no real idea if she was even listening to me.
Anyway, I did the Letrzole and I'm planning on skipping the 7 & 9 post peak injections. I want the hcg out of my system by cd 2. I really can't see why the Letrozole and HCG wouold hurt anything as long as it tests out of your system by cd 2.
