It sounds like human error...where did you do your monitoring? I too wonder about the other follicles because a similar thing happened to me I had several follicles that weren't mature and 2 that were, so they took out the two and then left the others why not wait a few days and do another retrieval? Im not sure but Im certain there is a reason... Hang in there Ive had 4 cancelled ivfs! Im older than you and do have DOR but you have time just hang in there!
