high P4 is not a good environment for developing follies is my understanding. I think some REs will do this but I don't think it's an ideal situation. Not a dumb question at all!
Also, there are some with high FSH that still respond well to meds. I think I responded pretty well considering my AFC count (1-3), and once on a high stim I got 9 follies. So I don't think your reserve and response to stims are necessarily correlated. GL
