Spotting 13 DP transfer?

I'm due to take my Preg test tomorrow, am on a ridiculous amount of Prog (4oo mg suppositories 3xday, plus pill at night), but got some brown spotting this morning, slight cramping.

This was my first IVF cycle, transferred one good embryo.

Scared it's AF.

Any reason to hope?
