Lupron post transfer (Coo.per patients)

Has anyone had any success with this? Can you tell me a little bit about it?

I've been instructed to do 20iu of Lupron 3DPT. According to the RE they have seen a 30% increase in pregnancy rates after implementing this but I can't seem to get a good explanation on how it works. I've also located a blog from Dr. Sher who advises against it. I'm really torn whether to go ahead with it. Lupron is usually not my friend.
