      Me: 30 Premature menopause dx 9/08
      DH: 30 perfect
      Highest FSH - 143
      Lowest FSH - 94 (with Lupron 9.5)
      E2 - <20 <br> Secondary Amenorrhea dx 16yrs old
      8/09 Provera- no AF
      1/09 Lupron for 10 weeks to get FSH down
      4/09 Bravelle/Menopur - 15 days, no follies 4/09 - bcp
      6/09 - EPP
