Yes, FSH can fluctuate. When I was 33 I had it tested three months in a row and it was: 24, 12, 25, and 5. You can see my signature below for details of my TTC journey.
You are lucky that your RE will still work with you. Many REs go straight to the donor egg speech when they see an elevated number. But the fact is that while you may not respond as well to fertility drugs as women without elevated FSH, no one can say whether or not you will get pregnant. I think the fact that you've had a successful pregnancy before is a HUGE positive in your favour. It seems to me that most women who've been pregnant before go on to have success, though it may take a while.
