Personally, I've never used email with Cooper and so can't truly comment on their email attentiveness. But just taking a look at their website (hello, 1992 world wide web anyone?) I always had a feeling that online communications took a backseat to their more traditional forms of interaction such as phone and fax.
Besides all that...trying to schedule an appt. with Check is not as easy as 1-2-3. There will be a wait time and it's best to have that one-on-one interaction with a live human being who can help you iron out the appointment scheduling and details.
