If it was me, I would transfer two, this is just my own feeling (I love twins I think they are very cute and you can dress them the same way and its fun, and you get prg once with two babies, i know its risky and hard but I like to look at the good side of it, I always wanted to have twin, even before I knew I have IF)
anyway, I personally dont like to risk the thawing because not all embryo thaw and stay alive, you should ask your doctor about their thawing live rate (or whatever is called) they always say fresh is better so if it were me I would put two. also it deepens on how many IVF you have done so far is this your first IVF? what is your FSH?

FSH=28, AOAB, endo stage 4, right overy very small, left overy covered with endo,1st IVf with 2 follicle failed abnormal egg didnt fertilize, DE speech Ugh...
