Go home and rest, do some couch time, watch some TV, keep your feet warm! I think it was fine to put a heating pad, on warm, on your tummy. I was a little crampy after, always am after they go though my cervix.
When they do the procedure you'll lie there for a while, at least 15 min., so bring a book or some music. Up to you if you want DH in the room, I opted not, but he can come in after and keep you company if you want.
I am sure they will but make sure they do the sono. first to make sure you ovulated and the linig looks good!
