yeah, stress and depression

in fact, it's a classical sign of depression, to be tired and brain fogged.
Do be sure your B12 and iron levels are ok too.
You can try taking some folic acid (if you aren't already, you should be as a ttc woman) AND eat a nice leafy salad daily.
Exercise helps, as Sara said.
good luck, hope you start feeling peppy again (don't forget to get iron and B12 checked. Being stressed can deplete the body and sleep can only do so much. Look up exhausted adrenals)
