      better with juice. I also found out you have to make sure you are getting enough fluids on a daily basis, because it can actually cause constipation since it is pulling fluids to do the detoxification. I found that mixing it in prune juice is pretty good (if you're a prune juice fan happy.gif I haven't stopped it during IUI cycles (not for any scientific reason)just because it seems to be essentially like eating a higher dose of vegetables, which didn't seem problematic. I did try CoQ10 for my last cycle (only 50mg) and had stomach cramping; however, I don't officially know if that was the CoQ10 or maybe a new side effect of Follistim, but I stopped taking it after only 5 days. I read elsewhere on the board that it's recommended you stop taking CoQ10 when you start stim. meds.
