I think the ladies don't know how to respond to your post since you don't have any other numbers. Do you have:
CD3 E2, FSH, LH, P4, AFC?
The new numbers including CD?
The medication you're taking (estrace, estinyl, etc)?
FSH is supposed to rise slowly over the first half of your cycle and peak when you ovulate. There is so little data available on what the number "should be" when you peak, so I tend to ignore the number in isolation. What you should pay attention to is how much it is rising, in conjunction with e2 and lh. For example, if your FSH starts at 8 and rises to 50 in just a few days, and your e2 is not rising, then it's safe to assume you're not growing follies and your RE would probably advise you to take more e2 (estrace or estinyl). However, if it starts at 15 and rises to 17 in a few days, this would be more "normal" for someone with a high FSH Dx. Your RE might still Rx more e2 to slow the rise so you don't ovulate immature follies. does that help?
