Link between FSH, LH and E2?

Hi Ladies,

I am afraid I have a question again (thanks for giving me so many helpful answers for everything I ask...).

My LH and Estradiol are within normal range, not even close to the top, rahter in the middle or closer to the low limit). RE says this is a good sign. I understand that normal LH-FSH ratio should be 1:1, and low e2 shows that stimulation can work, but I do not really catch the link or relationship between these hormons. Can you give me some info? Is this really a good sign, or FSH is the only thing that matters?
