I know you said you were going to start getting frequent ultrasounds. How is the cycle going now? Hope everything is progressing well.

I had my first follicle check yesterday after 7 days of stim and the report showed:
Right ovary: 14x11mm, 13x8mm and (5+) between 5-11mm
Left ovary: 14x12mm and (5+) between 5-11mm
E2: 444 (it was 211 on Tues)
Lining: 4.5mm multilayered

So looks like I am progressing pretty well but still in the early stages. My next check is tomorrow. I tried to find out what that (5+) 5-11mm really means... but the nurse said that they don't report them until they are over 12mm. So that could mean all these little guys could be at 5mm OR they could be closer to 11mm. Just trying to stay cool and not get too caught up in the details, but it's hard!! BTW... on my CD2 US the report said (2-4) 5-11mm on right and (2-4) 5-11mm on the left, so I am thrilled some more popped up.

Are you on high stims? I think you said you were on 300 menopur and 300 gonal-f...is that correct? So excited for you!!

300iu Gonal F and 300 menapur, I added ganirelix back into the mix this am. When do you plan to start your cycle?

I'm starting my next IVF cycle next month. Doing the EPP antagonist.

Yes, my new RE... haven't talked with her once since starting but I am still naming her as the mastermind behind this cycle. Trying to just stay cool and not get too excited... nothing worse than a let down.

My last RE had me do mega doses of Gonal F ... I think 625 and then 150 of repronex, now I'm doing 300 menapur, 300 gonal F. My last cycle I had an awesome AFC of 16, but after the same amt of time I only had 4 measurable and an E2 of 257.... I ended up with 8 over 12mm with an E2 of 1169 after 14 days/trigger. They got 7 eggs and I ended up with a BFP but early m/c. I'm pretty excited about my response but trying to stay cool.
