I thought it was going to be tonight but it looks like they like the follies a bit on the bigger side. She told me I had one "ripe" and that one is 24x14mm.... I would've thought they would call that over-ripe. So anyway this has been a record cycle for me. My E2 1336, lining 7.6 multilayered. I have 12 follies: 24, 20, 18, (3)17s, 16, (3)15s, 14 and a 13. My rt also has (5+) 5-11mm and left has (2-4) 5-11mm.

She did say a few of them are squished... like my 20mm is 20x8 and a 17x3... anyone know anything about that? Can those contain an egg?

I'm so happy with my response. I really stayed laid back this cycle and even pre-cycle. I stopped acupunture in Dec and I continued to have wine on weekends up until stim. I also did power yoga & running a few times per week up until I started to "feel" my ovaries.

In the past I have had pretty crappy embryos dispite having decent #s. I have done 3 previous IVFs in which a total of 22 eggs where fertilized but only 5 ever made it to transfer... so although I am thrilled with my numbers now, I won't be able to really be happy until ET.

Oh good news and geez, you've got a lot of follies!!

If I'm not mistaken, E2 is usually measured at 200-600 per mature egg? So it seems like you definitely have some mature eggs in there.

No idea about the squished ones, but my guess is that it is pretty common with women with a higher AFC. I mean, imagine the women that have like 20 in each side...they have got to be super squished!

I can't imagine them not triggering me tomorrow, so I'm planning on an Easter ET. I am really shocked at how this cycle turned out. Last week my AFC showed 2-4 follicles on each side so I am pleasantly surprised. The fact that I have 12 over 13mm and 7+ between 5-11mm is just unreal! It just proves that the EPP theory really can work on us high FSH girls.
