...so only 13 more days until i start a new cycle and can try my clomid again. it's just so hard every month because each month i keep thinking "this will be the month that i wont ovulate and start having irregular cycles". ugh.

Katie,

ur looking good and my best wishes are always with you...I can understand the fear (and sometimes i wish i had known DOR was going to happen to me and started ttc #2 lot earlier)...but ur still getting regular periods and ovulating so you really shouldn't be worrying. It takes months or sometimes years for things to get worse. There are many folks on this board who are still TTC without even getting AF for months. We all probably will go into menopause earlier than others w/o DOR or high FSH but for now things for you are still ok so keep the faith.

...thanks, and i hear you re: learning about the DOR diagnosis earlier. i want to kill my RE for not mentioning my AFC of 9 on my pregnancy cycle three years ago. it would have made a difference.
how are you doing today??

That is great!

I agree with the others, no need to worry, but I do think it is good think to be aware of since mine started getting longer very suddenly and with no warning. However, as i recall, I am a good bit older than you! (I am 37 and have had a FSH of up to 50...)

So, you have time! happy.gif

Hugs and good luck!
When do you start with the new RE?

hi sara - well i wouldnt say a "good bit" ; ) i just turned 32. ive only had my FSH checked twice this time around, in May and june, and it was 12.3 and 7.7 respectively with E2 of 45 and 38 respectively....so i dont really know high "high" my FSH might be? Also, my AMH is .34, which is what is concerning me the most regarding my periods suddenly becoming irregular...it's like i keep waiting for the ball to drop.

i start cycling with my new RE after this forced natural cycle. we are doing clomid again, 50mg + IUI. we'll see what happens...next year at this time, especially if my husband gets promoted, we will be very much considering donor eggs.
