I had an US last tuesday and there was no measurable follie, maybe a few very small antrals. Today, I got a high reading on the monitor. I'm not sure if there is a follie or not. Has anyone gotten a high reading or peak and then know they didn't ovulate, or can I be pretty sure something has grown. I can get an US tomorrow, but not sure I want to pay for it...

I think it's possible, but I stopped using the monitor because it gave me a consistently (false) high reading, I think because of my LH. Even when it was confirmed by b/w that I ovulated it never even switched to peak.

So I don't know if my answer is helpful or not, I just haven't found the monitor to be reliable.
