Spotting instead of AF

Hi ladies,

I'm 38 and i've been diagnosed with POF 2 years ago.
FSH > 15, low AFC <10.
My cycles have been shortening progressively for the last 4 years (23 days instead of 26).
Despite that, i got pregnant naturally and went on to have a healthy baby. Since i stopped breastfeeding, my AF is back, have been normal-ish for 4 months but this month, I was supposed to start AF 2 days ago. The expected day i started spotting as usual and was ok but the "real flow" never came. Now i'm on CD3 and still nothing but very light spotting.
Is my POF worsening ?

It can take a while for cycles to regulate after a baby/breastfeeding. Have you had your bloodwork levels or afc checked lately? It's hard to know where you are at 2 years later...what were your actual numbers and afc then? If you were near the limits you suggest that definitely doesn't sound terrible to start with.
