The BWMA promised a couple of months ago that a transcript of the Bennett case appeal held Oct 30 would be published.

Do you still intend to do this, if so can you indicate when please?

We are still hoping to put up details of the proceedings in more detail. However, the Appeal was based on a rehearing of the original facts, so it did not produce anything "new".

BWMA was also expecting that the appeal judge would release a written account of his judgement (all the others have). However, we have since learnt that he has not done so. This is apparently normal for an appeal. Tony Bennett and his solicitor both wrote down what the judge said, but it was very quick, just a minute or two.

Is that a bit like sex appeal, but much less exciting?
