| I just got back from India, which is why I haven't posted on these boards for a while. I read through some of the recent posts I missed on the "Questions" board, but hardly responded to any. One suggestion, I think the forum administrator should seriously consider starting to delete irrelevant posts (if the system allows it).
I will post details on India and Europe, where I changed planes, on the international board at a later date. I visited urban and rural areas in two states in India, so if anyone has any questions about weights and measures there, or anything else about the country in general, please feel free to ask. |

I had a thought about this.
I think that any irrelevant posts (say, hating americans, claiming to know everything about world economics or simply cut-n-pasting huge swathes of nonsense from the internet) should be left on the board for 24 or 48 hours.
This will allow anyone who wants to to ridicule the post or point out it's numerous lies and fabrications - or indeed backup any claim if its important - the oportunity to respond.
I don't believe anyone should be censored or banned from posting though - far from it.
Note that I did not mention ANY names! | |
