Less and less money has flowed to government services (including the electoral commission) over the years despite the ever growing explosion of our population. Obvioiusly it was only a matter of time until everything collapsed, and that's what we see with the electoral commission.

They obviously need the money to hire more skilled manpower to get the rolls in shape. That's not going to happen quickly, is it?
