      Every time you think you've heard the ultimate in Somare government corruption stories, another one comes along that's even more outrageous.

      Arthur Somare is waiting to get back in 9 December. I guess he reckons he hasn't stolen enough to set him up for life. Either that or he's going to use the opportunity to burn all the evidence.
