Rremote Control Husbands and Fathers

this thread has been begging for comments, response or just some good old 'bekim' for over a month so I'll juat throw in some more chide on another topic to entice some resaponse from society at large.
I have been noticing the trend in the urban centers of PNG, that men in whatever strata of society they are placed think they can be father and husband through remote control.
Let me elaborate further. I have many male colleagues so I am speaking first hand knowledge.
My male workmates says, I pay for the rent, and I pay for the kids school fees.
So what is it to anybody?
If I party, or don't go sleep at home, it is ok!
I know of male colleagues who stay away from home children and wife, for months on end and the wifew and children are denied father and husband for the same 'months on end'.
This is remote control husband and father!!!!!
Is this NORMAL?
