I tot the issue was about how women are better managers. Now Im not saying I agree with them but all Im saying is your statement about comparing money is pathetic. The argument was about which gender is a better manager. Is this how men react? Check the pay scale of the female boss. Oh she's got this but I got this because of this....mipla toktok lo husait boss blo u....ino moni...ur argument has been disqualified.

-- yes agreed, for your benefit, in my organization, manager and executive managers and their superiors look after their own kind. as the saying goes, the boss is always right 'hehehe..cant help it' they will team up and will always win.had to play it cool.

I know you will wonder why I continue to support these women. I did that because I had that opportunity to learn what to expect in the next five years. patience is the name of the game. hehe
see when u designate the job to the right person below you...which in this case is YOU...and the job gets done well that's when the manager which is one of those two ladies you mentioned gets to be credited for MANAGING WELL....
-- sorry I didnt tell of the sad part, I expect a critic like you to question my patience, the truth is, one got fired the following year(6 yr) followed by the other when I deliberately miscalculate the next years budget by 800 grands deliberately. you see they believe me in the last 5 years to trust all I prepared is correct. when questioned why they fell short, they tried to call me for verifications. I wasn't there for em, I admit the truth to our head and ceo .I still feel for em to this day but what the heck.
the reason you are NOT a manager and any guy or girl will tell you this is because you are shallow minded, self centered and most of the time it seems you are looking at the faults of your own colleagues rather than looking at their good side.
